"Awful service and incompetent. I bought home and auto policies through Kendrick Parker State Farm, and it was a massive mistake. I paid 6 months for my auto and a year in full for the condo. Immediately, Kendrick Parker State Farm started sending me multiple monthly bills for policies I had already paid. They refused to make corrections. My condo policy is dated 4 months before I opened the policy and they refused to correct this. Instead, I was given a sob story about their employee's personal lives. As if an insurance company would EVER give their customers leeway when their house should burn down, or they suffer a major injury, and need to make a claim. I cancelled my policy over three weeks ago, yet they refuse to give me my money. Avoid them at all costs. If they can't bill you correctly on paperwork that benefits them, what chance is there for them to follow through on a claim they aren't excited to pay out for,"
